Work Clean by Dan Charnas

Rating: ★★★★☆

As the subtitle -- The life-changing power of mise-en-place to organize your life, work, and mind -- suggests, this book examines how we can draw lessons from the behavior of top chefs' mise-en-place to apply to our work and personal lives.

It's a good read, though it is a bit repetitive at times. And I personally didn't connect with the exercises at the end of each chapter. But I was able to draw out valuable lessons from the main body of the text.
